Receives DragTargetEvent::Drop — sent to a drop target when a dragged element is released over it. other_element identifies the element being dragged.

§Routing

Dispatched to Target phase only on the drop target element.

The drag source simultaneously receives DragSourceEvent::End with other_element set to this target’s ID. The source only receives DragSourceEvent::Cancel if the drag was aborted by a PointerCancel event (e.g., touch interrupted), not based on whether this event is handled.
