Receives FileDragEvent::Drop — fired when files are dropped onto a view.

§Routing

Spatially hit-tested at the drop location. Dispatched to Target phase only.

§Default Actions

No preventable default action. The application must handle the dropped files. Note: disabled views can still receive this event for accessibility reasons.
