Receives Event::Pointer Scroll variant — fired for scroll wheel or touchpad scroll.

§Routing

Spatially hit-tested at the pointer location, then dispatched via Capture → Target → Bubble.

§Default Actions

No preventable default action. Use [PointerScrollEventExt::resolve_to_points] to convert scroll deltas to pixel values accounting for line and page sizes.
